Dematic, alongside its customer Toll, will showcase the recently completed market-leading Toll Advanced Retail & eCommerce Fulfilment Centre at CeMAT this year.

Visitors to the Dematic stand will have the ability to visit the new state-of-the-art Toll DC in a virtual environment. With the VR goggles on, users can be transported into every area of the Advanced Retail & eCommerce Fulfilment Centre and see the impressive technology in use.

CeMAT Australia will be held from July 24-26 at the Melbourne Exhibition Centre, and as well as the virtual reality experience, Dematic will also feature software and technologies for a range of supply chain applications, including its proven and sophisticated Goods-to-Person Order Fulfilment System.

Dematic’s iQ software platform will be on display, showing its facility emulation and analytics capabilities. Dematic iQ is a scalable platform designed to control and synchronise workflows for distribution operations, allowing users to dynamically manage orders, inventory, labour and material handling automation in real time.

Visitors to the stand will also be able to view Dematic’s Multishuttle 2, a compact, high-throughput storage and sequencing buffer for totes and cases, as well as AutoStore, an ultra-high density storage and order fulfilment solution, and a compact Dematic automated guided vehicle (AGV).

Dematic will also be demonstrating its Real Time Logistics solutions, including Voice technology, Smart Glasses, and the latest of Dematic’s suite of mobility technologies that meet the needs of multiple industries.

Dematic’s Director of Integrated Systems, Pas Tomasiello, alongside Toll, will present innovations in automation for eCommerce and omni-channel businesses. Don’t miss the presentation at 11.30am on July 24, 2018. Pas will also take part in a panel discussion at 10.30 am on July 26.
