How Express Exchange works:

• Express Exchanges are allocated to a customer
• Express Exchange units are pre-configured and ready for shipment
• To maximise equipment uptime, when a terminal repair is logged and an RMA raised, Dematic’s Service Centre ships the Express Exchange device to your site on the same day
• Dematic manages the terminal repair and, when complete, places the terminal back in the Express Exchange pool

The Express Exchange Terminal Management program is designed to maximise uptime and take away the worry and need for customers to manage spare devices and terminal repairs with different suppliers.
