Vocollect Support Plans
Tier 1 – Vocollect Software Support
Vocollect Software Support plan offers 2 levels of software support. For the 1st Level software support, Dematic will provide 24×7 local support via phone, remote connect or when required at your site. For the 2nd Level software support, Dematic relies on the software vendor Vocollect to support the software. This support is covered in the Vocollect Software Support Plan which offers a number of benefits including access to Vocollect’s latest software updates and a significant financial benefit with reduced license transfer fees when upgrading to the latest generation of Voice terminals.
Tier 2 – Vocollect Hardware & Software Support
Vocollect Hardware & Software Support includes the before mentioned Software coverage levels as well as comprehensive coverage for your devices, including accidental damage and wear and tear. Devices are repaired and shipped back to based on the below Hardware Support levels, at no additional cost to your business.
- 2 Day: Two-day, depot service for light, medium, and heavy product handling environments.
- 5 Day: Five-day, depot service for light, medium, and heavy product handling environments.
Optional Extra 1 – Annual Upgrade
Vocollect has two to three releases of their software applications each year. Due to the time and cost to deploy the software updates we have minimised this to a single upgrade each calendar year. The upgrade includes all labour and travel costs to perform the upgrade, including review of the software updates, pre-planning meetings and the time at site to upgrade all management, client and connector software.
