Whether you self manage your equipment or require a managed service, the Dematic Customer Service team can provide you a customised service plan to suit your requirements. Dematic field service engineers attend the necessary training and acquire the certification needed to support your wireless network. In addition to technical training, our field service engineers attend Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) training, risk assessment, first aid, and elevated platform or working at heights up to 15 metres.

Tier 1: WLAN Hardware Replacement Service Plan

The Dematic WLAN Hardware Replacement Service plan offers 24/7, 365 day support for your wireless network via phone and remote connection. Also included are hardware replacement shipping and incident management. Once the issue has been clearly identified as a hardware fault, the RTL Service Desk will automatically arrange for the replacement hardware to be shipped directly to site.

Replacement hardware can take between 1-3 business days to be delivered to site, depending on site location. All efforts will be made to ensure equipment is delivered as quickly as possible.

Dematic is pleased to assist with any on-site configuration and installation of replacement equipment. This service is not covered in the Hardware Replacement service plan and therefore additional charges will apply. A quotation can be provided and a purchase order will be required.

Tier 2: WLAN Monitoring Service Plan

Dematic’s WLAN Monitoring Service Plan offers the tier 1 support with the added benefits of software monitoring, SMTP alerts, on-site support and configuration of replacement equipment included in the plan.

Tier 3: WLAN Managed Service Plan

Dematic’s WLAN Managed Service Plan is our best value all round service plan. The Managed Service Plan includes all the advantages of the first 2 Tiers as well as free annual coverage checks, reporting, and KPIs. Dematic will manage your entire network giving you peace of mind.
