Included for Zebra printers is Zebra’s Device Diagnostic service that will detect WLAN connectivity, memory and battery issues to help analyse problems without leaving the hands of the user.

ZebraOneCare Select

Need a higher level of care? Zebra OneCare Select service delivers more capabilities. If a printer needs repair, Zebra ship out a replacement as soon as they have been notified and prior to receiving the broken unit. No matter what time of the day or night you have a problem, Dematic and Zebra experts are ready to help. The Select service provides a technical support help desk with 24/7 availability.

Operational Visibility Service (OVS)

Do you want visibility to better manage assets within your environment? Manage device configurations, no problem. The Operational Visibility Service provides the location, condition, health, usage patterns and repair history of your device. The Operational Visibility Service is linked to the Services Dashboard for a single simple to use interface with amazing alerts all to help you manage your fleet of devices.
